The country singer debuted a darker and edgier look at the 2011 Met Gala. She wore a frothy nude and black J. Mendel Couture gown which had a tonal organza design and a layered train.

In dramatic color combination of gunmetal and peach, the one-shoulder gown had the requisite sparkle and frill sans the usual saccharine effect. Taylor's famous curls were swept back for this elegant Old Hollywood look. Smoky eyes and Taylor's signature red lips completed the look.
I completed love the gown and the whole look! It's a 10/10 look for me. That's a hit!
What about you?
What do you guys think of the dress and the look? Hit or Miss?
