This is what Sarah Jessica Parker wore at the "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" Costume Institute Gala held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 2, 2011 in New York City.

The Sex and The City star wore a fully beaded champagne gown from the Fall Winter 2005 Alexander McQueen collection. Her silver crystal embellished dress had a slim silhouette, high neckline and three-quarter sleeves. She completed her look with a voluminous 60s bouffant.
I am not a big fan of the dress she is wearing, though I like her hair-do. I would rate this look a 7/10. So it's still a hit for me.
