I think Jane looks impeccable in this beautiful gown. The fact that she can pull off this dress with such elegance and poise even at her age, is just commendable! This Jane Fonda look is a sure hit for me!

Fabulous platinum hair and metallic bronze eye-shadow completed her look.
I think Michelle looks fabulous in this black floor-length gown. I love her make-up and hair too. I can’t find a single fault. For me this look is a hit.

Leelee Sobieski wore a custom-made Vionnet ivory silk crepe de chine dress to the 2011 MET Gala.
The elegant, white, floaty, long-sleeved gown had a daring low-cut and and was accentuated with an intricate gold leather laser cut leaf belt.
Brown platform shoes, chic diamond earrings, textured bun on top of her head and light red lipstick completed her look.
I think the elegant and dreamy gown, golden leaf belt around her waist and the chic up-swept hairstyle make her look like an amazing Greek goddess. I absolutely love the look. For me this is a hit!

The starlet punched up her look with an oversize floral embellished gold cuff and a gold clutch. She paired her golden dress with side swept sunny curls and an on-trend orangey lipstick.
I think Elizabeth looks ravishing in the golden outfit. And I love everything about the look- from the Old Hollywood waves, to the floral gold cuff, to the bold lip colour and to the dress itself! For me this look is a hit!

I think Jennifer looked radiant in the Vera Wang tulle gown and the dress did a great job of embracing Jennifer’s new figure. And the colour tone of the dress complemented her skintone beautifully.
This Jennifer Hudson look is an absolute hit for me!

Miranda Kerr's Look! Hit or Miss?

Miranda Kerr wore a swan inspired stunning white strapless tulle and lace Marchesa dress to the 2011 MET Gala. The white strapless creation which flared outwards at the waist looked like the costume of a cast member for the ballet Swan Lake.

I think Miranda looks stunning in the strapless tulle dress. And I completely love the whole ensemble, from the dress to the pumps, clutch and the earrings! For me this look is an absolute hit!

I love Dianna's simple red gown. And I think she looks really elegant and beautiful in the minimalist red gown. For me this is a hit.

Sofia Vergara's Look! Hit or Miss?

Hey there guys!
This is what Sofia Vergara wore at the "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" Costume Institute Gala held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 2, 2011 in New York City.
She wore a botanical-inspired gown by Carolina Herrera to the 2011 MET Gala.

The strapless dress featured a white bodice and full black skirt offset with a contrasting green belt. The black and white gown had a botanical print skirt.
She accessorized her look with a pair of diamond earrings and a matching bracelet.
She opted to leave her hair down in long center part curls and added a smoldering touch to her look with high impact lashes and smoky shadow.
I am not a fan of the floral print gown and I think the gown unnecessarily adds ages to Sofia's look. For me this gown and look is just okay.

The nude strapless grown was adorned with multiple appliqued three-dimensional faux flowers on layer upon layer of tulle.
Fanning styled her blonde hair in a straight long center part hairstyle and opted for a pretty pink lipshade to complete the look.

I am not a fan of the dress personally, but I think the dress really works for Dakota, considering her age. The floral appliqued gown looks very age-appropriate and fun when worn by Dakota. I think it was the right choice for Dakota. And she looks really cute and elegant at the same time in the floral gown.
For me this look is a hit!

The high-necked, gold-embroidered gown featured a Marie Antoinette-inspired cutout that featured Beyonce’s ample bust. The gown also featured shiny black sequins along the front bodice.

There's no question that Beyonce always looks stunning. But in this dress. Well, I think it's just too much almost! And it almost looks like Beyonce is suffocating in there. For me this is an absolute miss.

Lucy Liu wore a black Vionnet dress to the 2011 MET Gala. The corseted gown featured a feathered top and high-cut leg, which gives it all a forward-looking appeal.
A crimson-hued ring and swirled earrings lend bold touches to her overall look. Lucy styled her hair in a classic updo. A simple headband, and a pretty raspberry-toned lip color completed the look.
I love the earrings Lucy is sporting and I like the make-up. But I am not a big fan of the feathered dress. For me this outfit and look is a miss.

Joy Bryant's Look! Hit or Miss?

Joy Bryant wore a a multi-hued Missoni knit dress to the 2011 MET Gala. The long-sleeve, two-piece sweater dress, had warm red, orange, and pink hues which is a good choice for springtime, and the dangling earrings lend a bohemian vibe.
Joy looks okay in the sunset chevron print dress which looks good against Joy's caramel skin. But is the sweater dress right choice for the MET Gala? Well, not in my opinion. For me this dress is a miss.

Salma Hayek's Look! Hit or Miss?

Salma Hayek wore a curve-hugging, beige nude dress from Alexander McQueen at the 2011 MET Gala.
The peach-toned, one-shoulder chiffon gown featured a sweetheart neckline and a rosette (made from wrapped fabric) at the waist.
She kept her hair and makeup relatively simple by styling her hair in back-swept wild waves.
I think she looks lovely in the asymmetrical peach gown and I love the whole look. For me this is a hit!

Ciara's Look! Hit or Miss?

Ciara wore a gradient-hued McQueen inspired Prabal Gurung gown to the 2011 Met Gala. The ombre silver, blue and ivory hand-painted silk chiffon and organza hand-braided gown has a sweet heart neckline.


The strapless two-toned gown was accessorized with a stack of bronze bangle bracelets.

She wore her hair in long, loose wavy hairstyle that was parted down the center. Brown smoky eyes, nude lips and a fierce gaze completed her look.

I think Ciara looks splendid in the two-toned blue-and-white gown. I would rate this look a 9/10. It's an absolute hit for me!
